What is a net zero building?
A net zero building is a building that is designed and constructed to produce as much energy as it uses over the course of a year.
This means that the building is highly energy-efficient and generates all the energy it needs from renewable sources such as solar panels or wind turbines.
Net zero buildings typically incorporate a range of sustainable features such as insulation, energy-efficient lighting and appliances, and high-performance windows to reduce energy consumption.

Cash Flow
We use cash flow from the property to pay investors.
